Staff logging in as a Student/Parent

This option is to help with fault finding and understanding exactly what Parents and Students see. Staff are able to login and become a Parent or Student.

To become a parent or student do the following:

1. Search for the student to log in as, or whose contact you wish to log in as.

2. Find the name of the person to log in as and select with the mouse.

The screen will change to the details for the person selected.

• If logging in as the student click on Student information and then click the person icon next to the student name
• If logging in as a contact, click on Family Information and then click the person icon next to the contact name

A prompt will pop up asking if you wish to login as the person.

Once you select yes you will be logged out and you will be logged in as the student/carer account to show you exactly what they see. Remember to logout when done.
