Messages not appearing in order

The messages you receive are displayed under the messages section in Xuno on your Dashboard.

The order they are displayed in defaults to date and time. Any unread messages display with the blue dot against them.

The order of the messages changes from date order when you have an unread message. All unread message place themselves into the top of the message window. Sometimes this takes a little while before they pop to the top of the list as it has to scan all your messages to find out which items you have not read.

Simply click on any unread messages to make them display in date order again. This will remove them from the top of the list and place them in their correct sort order.
